Therapeutic indications:
This product is used for gastric ulcers, duodenal ulcers, stress ulcers, reflux esophagitis, and Joh-Ay syndrome (gastrinoma).
Dosage:
Oral, do not chew.
1. Peptic ulcer: 20mg once, 1-2 times a day. Swallow once every morning or once every morning, the course of gastric ulcer is usually 4-8 weeks, and the course of duodenal ulcer is usually 2-4 weeks.
2. Eflux esophagitis: 20-60mg a time, 1-2 times a day. Take it in the morning or once in the morning and once in the evening, usually for 4-8 weeks.
3. Zhuo-ai syndrome: 60mg once, once a day, the total daily dose can be adjusted to 20-120mg according to the condition. If the total dose of more than 80mg per day, should be divided into two doses.

2. Common adverse reactions are diarrhea, headache, nausea, abdominal pain, flatulence and constipation.
