5. Reduced Glutathione for Injection can also be used for adjuvant treatment of organophosphorus, amino or nitro compound poisoning.

Dosage
1. The route of administration:

(1) Intravenous injection: After dissolving Reduced Glutathione for Injection in water for injection, add 100ml, 250-500ml of normal saline or 5% glucose injection for intravenous drip.

(2) Intramuscular injection: Reduced Glutathione for Injection dissolved in water for injection and injected intramuscularly.

2. Dosage:

(1) Chemotherapy patients: dissolve 1.5g/m2 of Reduced Glutathione for Injection in 100ml of normal saline within 15 minutes before giving chemotherapy drugs, and inject it intravenously within 15 minutes, and inject 0.6g of this product intramuscularly every day on the second to fifth day. When cyclophosphamide (CTX) is used, in order to prevent urinary system damage, it is suggested that this product be injected intravenously immediately after CTX injection and be infused within 15 minutes. When chemotherapy with cisplatin, it is suggested that the dosage of this product should not exceed 35mg/mg cisplatin, so as not to affect the chemotherapy effect.

(2) Adjuvant treatment of liver diseases. For viral hepatitis, 1.2g, qd, iv, 30 days; Severe hepatitis: 1.2-2.4g, qd, iv, 30 days; Active cirrhosis: 1.2g, qd, iv, 30 days; Fatty liver: 1.8g, qd, iv, 30 days; Alcoholic hepatitis: 1.8g, qd, iv, 14-30 days; Drug-induced hepatitis: 1.2-1.8g, qd, iv, 14-30 days; The drip time is 1-2 hours.

(3) Used as adjuvant medicine for radiotherapy, administered after irradiation, with a dose of 1.5g/m2, or as prescribed by the doctor.

(4) Other diseases: for example, hypoxemia, 1.5g/m2 of this product can be dissolved in 100ml of normal saline for intravenous infusion, and 0.3-0.6g can be injected intramuscularly every day after the condition improves.

3. Course of treatment:

Liver disease generally takes 30 days as a course of treatment, and other conditions are determined according to the condition.
